Description
An (unnamed?) woman makes a will and leaves to her husband only "quello che da raggion per sua eredità glie proviene". That is to say, she only leaves him what is rightfully his by reason of inheritance laws. The rest of her goods she leaves to her brother and brother-in-law. The will is recorded by the Jewish rabbi/notary Gradilio di Porto, in Italian.
Note: Although this testator does not own many possessions, she does have a market place, referred to in a later document in the same notarial register (see ASC F.1, l.5, f.124r. 1628-11-26).
